Ingredients
- 1 big tbsp peanutbutter
- 150 g flour
- 50 g castar sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 90 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pint of salz
These giant peanut butter cookies are the perfect mix of chewy and crunchy.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix peanutbutter, egg, sugar and butter until properly combined. Add salt, cocoa powder and baking powder to the flour. Fold the flour into the peanutbutter mixture.
Spoon the batter on the baking tray and form cookies (about 9 big cookies). Freeze the cookies for at least 30 minutes (this makes the cookies extra delicious and they keep their shape while baking).
Now bake the cookies at 180 degrees C (=360 F) for about 20 minutes. If you make smaller cookies please make sure to adapt the baking time. Do not overbake the cookies.
